Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

RankedContent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application owned and operated by Randombyte. Throughout this Privacy Policy, “Randombyte”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the RankedContent service.

At Randombyte, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit https://www.rankedcontent.ai/

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites. If you choose to access these links, please note that Randombyte is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.

Cookies

We use cookies to provide a better browsing experience and to improve our services. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can adjust your browser settings accordingly.

Analytics

To help us understand how visitors use our website, we collect information such as the pages you visit and the amount of time spent on each page. We may use trusted third-party analytics services to process this data.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of sending you the requested updates and information.

Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Randombyte implements reasonable measures to protect your data against theft, unauthorized access, or disclosure, and to ensure it stays confidential.

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

To operate RankedContent we rely on a small set of specialized service providers that process data on our behalf. Each provider receives only the data it needs to perform its function:

  • Vercel
  • Supabase
  • Clerk
  • Anthropic
  • OpenAI
  • Serper
  • DataForSEO
  • Perplexity
  • Trigger.dev
  • Upstash
  • Resend
  • Sentry
  • Cloudflare

We update this list whenever a provider is added or removed.

Google User Data (Search Console)

If you choose to connect your Google Search Console account to RankedContent, we request read-only access to your Search Console data (Google's webmasters.readonly scope). We use this access only to provide features you see in the product: displaying your search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions), deriving keyword opportunities from it, and checking the index status of pages you analyze.

RankedContent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular: we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell it; we do not use it to train generalized machine-learning models; and no humans read it except for security purposes, to provide support at your request, or as required by law.

Your Search Console tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect, which you can do at any time from your project settings. You can also revoke RankedContent's access from your Google account security settings.

Sharing Your Information

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except with the service providers listed above that help us operate RankedContent, and where required by law. These providers act as data processors: they may handle your data only on our behalf, under contracts that limit its use to providing their service to us. We never sell your personal information. The providers that power page analysis and keyword research receive only the page content and keywords you submit - never your name, email address, or other account details.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for trusting Randombyte.
